How do I Update record From ACT to MSCRM

I'm trying to update record in MSCRM. I'm trying to match the ACT Contact ID with an identical field I created in MSCRM with no success (nothing gets updated). Do I need to use a Function?

What would be the best way to accomplish this?

I'm guessing you've already made the Stage Type as Update? Also make sure on the field where you map this contact ID that the "Match" column is checked next to it. This is what tells Starfish which record to update.

That' what I'm doing, but the result shows 0 updates. I know for a fact that the contact IDs exist.
